CORE is a voluntary program that offers comprehensive, specialized services and support to individuals who are experiencing their first signs of psychosis.
CORE may be an option for individuals who have some of the following symptoms: hallucinations, delusions, unusual thoughts, disorganized thinking/speech, fixed/false beliefs, and/or disruption of self-care.
Services for CORE include but are not limited to:
- Care Coordination
- Occupational Therapy (OT)
- Employment and Education Support
- Peer Support
- Psychiatric Services
- Community outings to promote socialization
